THE GIRLFRIEND FEATURE IS A SIMULATION AND ENTERTAINMENT SERVICE. IT DOES NOT PROVIDE AN ACTUAL RELATIONSHIP WITH A REAL PERSON.

4. Acceptable Use Policy

You agree that you will ONLY use the Girlfriend Feature for:

• Personal entertainment and companionship simulation
• Lawful and ethical purposes consistent with these Terms
• Private use without sharing login credentials

5. Prohibited Uses and Content

You explicitly agree NOT to use the Girlfriend Feature to:

To ensure compliance with these Terms and maintain a safe environment:

• Content found to violate these Terms will be removed without notice
• Repeated violations may result in warnings, suspension, or permanent account termination
• We reserve the right to review conversation history for policy violations

7. Payment Terms and Strict No-Refund Policy

IMPORTANT PAYMENT NOTICE:

• ALL PAYMENTS FOR THE GIRLFRIEND FEATURE ARE FINAL AND NON-REFUNDABLE
• NO REFUNDS WILL BE PROVIDED UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES

• You can cancel future renewals but cannot receive refunds for current billing periods

Upon termination, all fees paid remain non-refundable, and your conversation history will be deleted according to our retention policy.
